Yes. Every PALLAMERA pillow is crafted especially for you after your order is placed. This made-to-order approach allows us to reduce unnecessary waste while maintaining exceptional quality and attention to detail.
How long does production take?
Each order is carefully produced within approximately 1–2 business days before shipping.
How long does shipping take?
Shipping times vary depending on your location. Most U.S. orders arrive within 3–7 business days after production.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Because production begins quickly, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. If manufacturing has not started yet, we'll do our best to accommodate your request.

Are the designs printed on both sides?

How should I clean my pillow?
Remove the cover before washing. Spot clean stains when possible, or machine wash on a gentle cycle using cold or warm water.
Can I machine wash the cover?
Yes. Wash on a gentle cycle at up to 40°C (104°F) using mild detergent.
Can I tumble dry it?
We recommend tumble drying on low heat or air drying to help preserve the fabric and print quality.
Can I iron the pillow cover?
Yes. If needed, use a low heat setting. Avoid applying high heat directly to the printed surface.
How do I keep the pillow looking full?
After unpacking, gently fluff the insert by hand to restore its natural shape and volume.

What if my order arrives damaged?
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the product and packaging. We'll make it right as quickly as possible.
Can I return my pillow?
Because every pillow is made especially for each customer, we generally cannot accept returns for change of mind. However, if there's a manufacturing defect or shipping issue, we'll gladly help resolve it.
